RideOn Taxi connects passengers ("Riders") with drivers ("Drivers") for transportation services. RideOn Taxi is not a transportation provider and is not liable for the conduct of Riders or Drivers.

5. Payments

6. Driver Obligations

  • Drivers must maintain valid licenses and insurance.
  • Drivers agree to follow all local laws and traffic rules.
  • Drivers must ensure their vehicles are safe and roadworthy.

7. Limitation of Liability

RideOn Taxi is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage during a ride.
  • Delays, service disruptions, or technical errors.
  • Conduct or behavior of Riders or Drivers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful conduct.


9. Changes to Terms

RideOn Taxi may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page or notified through the app. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
